1. 収集する情報
お客様が直接提供する情報（メール、ユーザー名、支払い情報）と自動的に収集される情報（IPアドレス、ブラウザの種類、デバイス情報、使用データ）を収集します。クッキーや類似技術を使用して体験を向上させます。
2. 情報の使用方法
サービスの提供と改善、支払いの処理、重要な通知の送信、体験のパーソナライズ、不正防止、法的義務の遵守のために情報を使用します。
3. クッキーと追跡
セッションの維持、設定の記憶、サイト使用状況の分析のためにクッキーを使用します。ブラウザでクッキーの設定を制御できますが、クッキーを無効にすると機能に影響を与える可能性があります。
4. 情報の共有
個人情報を販売することはありません。取引完了のための決済処理業者、運営を支援するサービスプロバイダー、法律で要求された場合の法執行機関と情報を共有する場合があります。
5. データセキュリティ
暗号化、セキュアサーバー、定期的なセキュリティ監査を含む業界標準のセキュリティ対策を実施してデータを保護します。ただし、インターネット経由の送信方法は100％安全ではありません。
6. お客様の権利
個人データへのアクセス、不正確なデータの修正要求、データの削除要求（法的要件に従う）、マーケティングコミュニケーションのオプトアウトの権利があります。
7. 児童のプライバシー
FunPhantomは18歳以上のユーザーのみを対象としています。18歳未満の方から故意に情報を収集することはありません。そのような収集が発見された場合、直ちに情報を削除します。
8. 本ポリシーの変更
本プライバシーポリシーは定期的に更新される場合があります。重要な変更についてはメールまたはサイト通知でお知らせします。変更後も継続して使用することは、更新されたポリシーへの同意を意味します。
9. Passcode-locked stories
Some stories require a one-time access token (passcode) for full access. For those stories we:
- Keep a random device id in your browser (localStorage) so a code can be bound to one device.
- Store only a hash of the code and a hash of that device id, a last-4 label, status (unused / claimed / revoked), and claim time. We do not keep the full code after it is generated, and we do not store the raw device id.
- May show the first few blocks without a code if the author turned on a preview. The rest of the story and downloads need a valid unused code (or the same device that already used it).
- Let authors and admins see usage counts (unused vs used), not who you are, unless you are already signed in for other account features.
- Show a visible watermark on locked reads (passcode last-4 plus a short device tag) so a leaked screenshot can be tied to that code. We still do not store your raw device id.
- Disable casual copy, cut, and text selection on the story body for locked reads (the passcode field and comments stay normal). This is not a guarantee against screenshots or developer tools.
10. India SFW / adult-content restriction
KN FunPhantom restricts adult (NSFW) generation and similar features for visitors who appear to be in India, to follow local rules. This is not used for ads and is not sold. We may use:
- Cloudflare country (CF-IPCountry) and timezone (CF-Timezone), plus your IP (CF-Connecting-IP or forwarded IP), to decide if the request looks like India.
- Your browser timezone (Intl) and language (navigator.language / Accept-Language) sent to /geo/client-signals as a fallback (for example IST plus Hindi or en-IN).
- A sticky kn_in_sfw cookie and localStorage so SFW mode stays on after we classify you.
- If you are logged in and classified as India: a lock on the account (timestamps, last India IP, reason) so NSFW stays off until an admin exemption. Exempt accounts skip this.
